I loved how easily we could hop on the shuttle service to the mosque. The freshness of daily towels was a nice touch. The pool area and fitness center were great for relaxation and unwinding after busy days. Just a heads up, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but it didn’t put a damper on our stay! 😊

Great value and cozy stay
I had a cozy and welcoming experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. The shuttle service made it easy to reach the Haram, which was just a short ride away. However, I found that the breakfast options were a bit limited, and that could be improved.

The room was pretty decent, but the carpets were stained and not very clean. They had tea and coffee available, but it was cheap stuff. Housekeeping was good though, with polite staff. The hotel overall was busy, and it had quick elevators. Perfect for solo travelers on a budget!

I had a great time at Al Kiswah Towers Hotel! The rooms were clean and neat, and I especially loved having a room with a Haram view on floor 18. The service staff were attentive and respectful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The shuttle service was convenient, running 24/7, which was awesome for getting to the Haram whenever I needed. Plus, there are amazing budget-friendly Pakistani restaurants nearby!
Some walking involved to get to Haram.

The generous room size accommodated our family comfortably, equipped with clean linens and toiletries that made our stay worry-free. The proximity to the main prayer area allows for easy access, with only a 15-minute walk to the entrance. Additionally, the diverse dining options, including delicious fish and chips, provided great value. However, the shuttle bus service during peak hours felt overcrowded, and there were occasional delays in housekeeping, affecting our return to a clean room after outings. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive.

We had an incredible stay with the family! The shuttle service was convenient, running 24/7 to take us to the Haram. My niece loved the clean and spacious Classic Triple Room with a wonderful view and all the amenities that made our stay comfortable.
My kids wished they had a better selection for kids at the restaurant. The food quality could use some improvement.
